Year 11 and 13 revision and support
Welcome to the academy's central online area for resources, support and guidance for Year 11 and 13 students, parents and carers.
Key dates for 2024-2025
- Maximise Evening: Tuesday 1st October 2024
- Year 13 Parents' Evening: Thursday 10th October 2024
- Year 11 Parents' Evening: Thursday 16th January 2025
- Mock Exams (1) will take place between Monday 11th November and Wednesday 27th November 2024
- Mock Exams (2) will take place between Wednesday 26th February and Friday 14th March 2025
- Final summer exams will take place between April, May and June 2025 with an exams diary and intervention booklet available from March 2025.

Year 11 Revision support resources
In the folders for each subject below students, parents and carers can download and access revision support resources provided by each course leader.
Students also have access to a dedicated Microsoft Teams group (available at www.dret.team and by logging in using their academy email address and password).

Results Days - Summer 2025
Results day arrangements for A-level/Level 3 (Y13) and GCSE/Level 2 (Y11) are outlined below.
Each results day has separate arrangements for collection.
Thursday 14th August 2025 - A-level/Level 3 results (Year 13)
Results will be available to collect between 9am and 10am. Students should report to the academy reception where they will be directed to their results collection point.
Thursday 21st August 2024 - GCSE/Level 2 results (Year 11)
Results will be available to collect from an allocated collection time, ordered in tutor groups (outlined below). Unless arranged prior to collection day, students should not collect their results earlier than their tutor group collection time and no later than 11am. Students should report to the academy reception at their tutor group collection time where they will be directed to their results collection point.
Sixth Form enrolment will also take place on this date and be based in the academy's lower atrium, near to results collection points.

What if I cannot collect my results in person?
We cannot post out results but they can be collected from the academy on the dates and times above (Y13 on Thursday 14th and Y11 on Thursday 21st August 2025).
If a family member or close friend is collecting results on a student's behalf, the student must email enquiries@havelockacademy.co.uk from their Academy IT account to inform us. The student must then write a letter and sign this indicating that they have given permission for someone else to collect their results on their behalf and write the name of who will be collecting the results within the letter. The person collecting on the student's behalf must provide valid photo ID (i.e. Passport or driving licence) along with the signed letter upon collection of results or results cannot be issued.
Alternatively, students can email enquires@havelockacademy.co.uk to make an alternative arrangement (i.e. if out of the country on holiday and wanting to arrange to collect results on a different date or have them emailed to their academy email address.).
