Curriculum: Key Stage 5
Havelock Academy Sixth Form offers a range of academic and vocational courses.
Preparing for the next stage in your education is key.
Having access to the right information from a reliable source is imperative.
Being inspired about your future is paramount.
Our subjects have been grouped into five blocks which aim to offer students the subjects which complement each other and work well as a combination.
Students in Year 12 and Year 13 (2023/24) will study three subjects from the course list below.Students that do not achieve at least a grade 4 in English Language and/or Mathematics will study these subjects as part of their curriculum offer. Students also have the opportunity at the end of Year 12 to undertake a work experience placement.
As part of the wider curriculum, students have a weekly timetabled tutorial session attended by a variety of local employers and universities to support the next stage in their educational journey, career development and RSE/PSHE (including citizenship).
