Year 11 Timetables
Lunchtime and Period 6 timetable
To support all students with their revision, many teachers offer additional revision sessions at the end of the school day. These are open to all students who study the subject.

Mock timetable (from 5th November)
Mock exams will commence from Wednesday 5th November as outlined in the timetable below. A scientific calculator is required for GCSE Maths Paper 2 & 3, GCSE Science, GCSE Statistics and GCSE Geography. These can be purchased from reception at a heavily discounted price.
If you study French, your teacher will provide you with your French speaking mock exam date and timeslot on either Thursday 20th or Friday 21st November.
If you study Art, you will have a practical mock exam on Wednesday 19th November.
On all mornings (including those where you don’t take that subject), you should arrive to the academy for 8.15am and go straight to line-up. Once registered, morning exams will start promptly so it is important you arrive on time.
Afternoon exams are likely to finish at 3.15pm. If they are due to finish later that this time, we will send an MCAS message out to make home aware in advance.
** A small number of students have clashes between two exams. These have already been identified and individual students will be informed of when rescheduled clashing exams will take place.

Year 11 - revision support and resources for the next KPI/mock assessments
We have developed a dedicated area of our website that informs students, parents and carers about the topics that will be assessed in the next KPI/mock assessments. This webpage also includes useful links to revision resources that teachers have signposted to students to help support their revision. This can be found by clicking here.
Additional Year 11 Revision support resources
In the folders for each subject below students, parents and carers can download and access revision support resources provided by each course leader.
Students also have access to a dedicated Microsoft Teams group (available at www.dret.team and by logging in using their academy email address and password).
You can also find knowledge organisers on the Student Learning Centre by clicking here.
Results Days - Summer 2026
Results day arrangements for GCSE/Level 2 (Y11) are outlined below.
Thursday 20th August 2026 - GCSE/Level 2 results (Year 11)
Results will be available to collect from an allocated collection time, ordered in tutor groups (outlined below). Unless arranged prior to collection day, students should not collect their results earlier than their tutor group collection time and no later than 11am. Students should report to the academy reception at their tutor group collection time where they will be directed to their results collection point.

- 11CHC: 9.10am
- 11GLS: 9.15am
- 11KEL: 9.20am

What if I cannot collect my results in person?
We cannot post out results but they can be collected from the academy on the dates and times above (Y11 on Thursday 20th August 2026).
If a family member or close friend is collecting results on a student's behalf, the student must email enquiries@havelockacademy.co.uk from their Academy IT account to inform us. The student must then write a letter and sign this indicating that they have given permission for someone else to collect their results on their behalf and write the name of who will be collecting the results within the letter. The person collecting on the student's behalf must provide valid photo ID (i.e. Passport or driving licence) along with the signed letter upon collection of results or results cannot be issued.
Alternatively, students can email enquires@havelockacademy.co.uk to make an alternative arrangement (i.e. if out of the country on holiday and wanting to arrange to collect results on a different date or have them emailed to their academy email address.).
