Remote Learning - Jan/Feb/Mar 2021
Students can access the lesson recordings from January to March 2021 by clicking their year group buttons below the timetable on this webpage under each of the relevant days.
There were no 'live' lessons on Monday 8th March (and Tuesday 9th March for Y7/Y8/Y9). Teachers will have set work for students on the Student Portal and/or Microsoft Teams to complete on those days. The purple button above will take you to our 'Ready to Return' webpage, detailing the arrangements for re-opening and COVID19 testing.
Students can also re-access recordings of all live lessons since January by clicking on the links in the sections below. ** The live recordings of lessons accessible below expire after 6 months from the original date of the live lessons. **

Students should also have work set by their teachers on the Student Portal to compliment their live lessons and to return to their teachers. Students should return their work to their teachers either via. the Student Portal or by emailing it to their teacher.
Top Tips and support with remote learning:
- Students can access their emails at www.dret.email and login using their academy email address and password. We have also created a student guide with teacher email addresses (on page 10) here.
- Parents can access support and guidance with remote learning at www.parent.dret.cloud
- We have also created a guide and a video for how to access our remote learning on an XBox console. For the video click here (requires academy login to view) and the guide click here.
- If using a tablet (i.e. IPad) or SmartPhone (i.e. IPhone, Android) device, you MUST download the Microsoft Teams app for the links below to work when clicked. Not having the app will error with "URL not valid".
- When on the live lessons, it will ask students to sign in. They must use their academy email address (username@havelockacademy.co.uk) and password.
- If students have any issues with their academy email address and password, parents and carers can email our IT Support team via the www.parent.dret.cloud website and can also contact the academy directly at enquiries@havelockacademy.co.uk
