Modern Languages
If you would like to train as a Modern Languages teacher, you can through the National Modern Languages SCITT- a route that privileges subject specific training on the ground, with experienced practitioners.
Charles Read Academy is the lead school for Humber & North Lincolnshire of the National Modern Languages SCITT. Applications can be made either on UCAS website, by searching for The National Modern Languages SCITT, Training Provider Code 2FL. To apply to the Humber and North Lincolnshire Hub, please select Training Location Code Y.
The PGCE is awarded by Sheffield Hallam University for MFL trainees qualifying through this route.
