Hawks Cross Country Success!

Havelock competed in the annual DRET Cross Country in the last week of last term and finished in 3rd place!

All 10 secondary academies competed at Nevill Holt and the primary schools were in attendance for the first time this year as well.

Havelock had some brilliant performances including, Emma Gray-Cowan winning bronze in the year 7 girls race, whilst Callum Roberts won a silver medal in his year 7 race. This was Emma & Callum's first ever appearance at the DRET Cross Country and they did exceptionally well in 2 very competitive races. In year 9, Imogen Carrington brought home a bronze medal and Jason Davies won the boys race!

Congratulations to all students involved, you trained hard and did the academy proud, whilst helping Havelock to their highest ever finish at a DRET Cross Country.
