Within Archer House we always strive to be the best that we can be by fully participating in all aspects of the life of the House and the Academy, supporting one another and caring about the wider world and the environment.
House Motto
Our House Motto is "The green arrows are flying to succcess."
House Charity
Our local House Charity is St Andrew's Children's Hospice, who we are incredibly proud to support with their important work in providing palliative respite and social care for families and children in the local area.
Our international House charity is Plan UK, who facilitate us sponsoring a child. All the funds raised are shared amongst the sponsored child's local community. Our sponsored child is named Bunsay Pok. He lives near Siem Reap in Cambodia and students have enjoyed corresponding with him and finding out more about his culture and family life.
House Song
Our House Song is an original composition, whose lyrics represent values and ideals that we hold to be important within Archer House. A competition was run amongst the students to find some extra ideas for the lyrics and we feel that the end result is really inspirational and uplifting, just what a House song should be. Our House Song is a regular feature of assemblies and is now available on CD.
